In 2011 growth in new co-workers will continue at about the same level. Triodos Bank aims to keep the attrition rate at 10% and the illness rate at the current level. Attention will be paid to relatively high attrition rates for new co-workers in some branches.

In 2011 the focus of co-worker development will be on anchoring Triodos Bank's values, deepening knowledge, and stimulating thought leadership and personal development.

Job families will be rolled-out in all branches over the coming two years. Remuneration will be evaluated and adopted to allow appropriate inflow and outflow of co-workers at all levels.

The strategic plan for 2012-2014 will be produced and co-workers participate in its development. The co-worker conference will be held in Spain in 2011.
